Changes to Bases line up:

As I mentioned, the bases section will contain additional features and buildings.  I've added two new Bases - B09 Clone City and B10 Skaylor Space Station - both of which need developing.  There will be a Cloning Facility, Laboratory, Data Centre, Medical Centre,  and a Conference Room (With blue floors and walls and trans-yellow windows).  The exterior of Clone City will use the Sand Dunes pack as it is located in the Yellow Planet Cluster.  Skaylor Space Station will be Gray and very industrial looking and include Robot Factory, Corridors and Weapons Research Lab.

The Galactic Embassy (Which is located in the Yellow Planet Cluster) will now be part of the Sand Dunes Pack (As well as Moonbase and Rocket Launchpad).  Space City will include Hangar, Flight School, Parade Square, Diner and Computer Centre.  The Computer Centre from the Space City pack is actually located in Yellow Planet Cluster - Golden Eagles have explored the Yellow Planet Cluster and established their own moonbases there.  They have a good relationship with the Yellow Planet clones, The Red Stars and also with the Blue Falcons.

The snow drifts pack will include areas designated to the Red Stars territory.  Some people of Red Stars Territory started families with people from Golden Eagles and started a new life in the snowy/icy areas of the Red Star Territories.  These snowy areas are mostly unpopulated, but there are underground caverns with Red Stars settlements.  The Red Stars (And Vigilante) are able to use the lava as an abundant source of power and heat - This is very useful in their cold climate.  The Red Stars culture is very big on Disco Dancing - this practice has some practical purposes - in that if they keep actively moving around it helps them to stay warm.  It is cold due to them being far out into deep space far from the stars.  The stars are red due to their age and vast distances apart.  The Slime pack is for the home world of the Black Hawks.  The Lava Pack includes the secret base of Vigilante and also used for some areas of Red Stars Territory.  The Ocean Pack is used for the home world of The Blue Falcons.  NOTE: The Yellow Planet Cluster is an arid place.  The Yellow Planets get their water supply from the Blue Falcon's ocean world.

Space City is generally used for Golden Eagles areas, but it is also used by other factions - for example the Flight School and Hangar are owned by Blue Falcons and the Computer Centre is part of Yellow Planets.  Some of the gray floors /roads will be used in scenes for various locations.
The sand dunes are mostly used for Yellow Planet Cluster however Blue Falcons also have some similar terrain, as well as gray floor and some slime areas.  It is worth noting that the Blue Falcons and Black Hawks are from the same region - slime, water and heavy rain is a feature of that whole region.  The Black Hawks world was once a paradise of oceans, mountains and sandy islands as The Blue Falcon world is- but they destroyed their habitat and now their world is just gray rock, slime and the skies are polluted and turned yellow during the daytime.  It is always murky, misty and dark on the Black Hawks planet.

The Blue Falcons consider their home world sacred.  They don't allow other races to live there as they are worried that this would have a negative effect on the environment.  They are also against breeding with other races - this is the main reason for them having genetic problems - not enough variety in their gene pool.
