LANGUAGES, DIALECTS AND MUSIC Golden Eagles The Eagles speak American English with strong American accents. Some of them later learned to speak the language of the Red Stars (Usually ones that were romantically linked to Red Stars). They love 1980s pop culture, American football, fast food and consumerism. Red Stars Red Stars speak with a beautiful nordic / celtic sounding language. However after meeting and befriending the Golden Eagles, they learned English - mostly through listening to Disco music - which originated from the Golden Eagles. Prior to meeting the Eagles, they listened to traditional Red Star music - which again sounds very celtic. They later created a new musical style which was a mix of traditional Red Star folk music blended with ABBA, Boney-M and the Bee Gees. They have a tendency to quote song lyrics in conversations - where they can find it appropriate. They also like to express themselves through impressive dance routines. When they are happy it is like they are in a musical. They are very passionate, romantic and sexually active and they have an obsession for speed and racing - rovers and ships. Yellow Planets The clones of the Yellow Planet Cluster communicate by telepathy. They have a very close bond with each other. In order to communicate with other races they use a walkie-talkie translation device. With their telepathy - their communication is far richer than any other - because they are able to express their emotions directly - without words - so that the person receiving the message automatically understands the emotion and whether it is a strong emotion, mild or indifferent. This is why they were quick to allow Vigilante access to their bases and start setting up strange equipment there - through the telepathy they understood that Vigilante could be trusted. Their musical tastes are more classical and melancholy. If a clone is left in solitude for extended periods they become sad and depressed. If this continues over a very long time - they lose their telepathic ability. They can regain it, but it takes a lot of effort and group therapy to reconnect with the other Clones. The Clone that created the Skaylors fell into this state of disconnectedness. Without the mind balance from other Clones, his thoughts turned dark and he saw life as a curse. The Clones are very logical thinking - so by his logic - Robots were the future - they were not plagued by emotions - just worked purely rationally. Blue Falcons The Falcons make two distinct sounds in their language - both of which are bird-like. One is a high-pitched tweeting like bird song, and the other is similar to a wood pigeon call. Bird song is the only thing you can compare to in terms of music. It is believed that Blue Falcons and Black Hawks have a strong bird connection in their evolution. It's worth noting that this is not the case with the Golden Eagles - the eagle just has a symbolic value for them. Mostly The Falcons prefer peace and quiet. Their diet is entirely fish. Black Hawks The Hawks language consists of a series of crow-like squalks. Musically they like heavy/thrash metal. They are very short-tempered and abrupt. They don't take no for an answer and expect to get whatever they want - this includes meeting their sexual needs. They have no consideration for others - not even within their own communities - that is why they are constantly fighting each other. Because they are intensely violent - these fights often end up with someone being seriously injured or killed. They all have battle scars, and everything they possess was scavenged/stolen. They are generally drunk or hung over and leave mess and destruction in their wake. You could say they are the worst slobs of the Universe! They are hated by every other race, apart from a certain percentage of Red Star women. To these Red Star women - The Black Hawks are attractive - There are certain qualities of Black Hawks nature which fools Red Star females into thinking they will make a good partner. They never seem to learn from this mistake. Vigilante rose from the children of raped Red Star females by Black Hawks. There is a lot more to the Vigilante story - for example there is an explanation for how they seem to have super-advanced tech, can speak every language, and seem to be invincible - There are no records of a Vigilante ever being captured or killed, but I am not going into that now. Skaylors Skaylors communicate in a loud screeching sound, which sounds like a fax machine or old computer games from 1980s cassette tapes. They have no need for music. The generation 3 Skaylors use sound as a weapon. I will go into that later. Vigilate Vigilante keep talking to a minimum. However they seem to be fluent in all languages - even the telepathic language of the Clones. They also seem to be able to decipher the screeching sounds of Skaylors as well. They are mysterious - everyone has questions - and they never provide any answers. They just turn up randomly here and there, saving people, then vanishing again.
